Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order:

Please note that holidays, high‑volume seasons, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Some items may ship separately depending on availability.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. BossPet Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
International Shipping
